Made here in Homekong is our brand idea, like out insist on made in Hong Kong. Homekong is combining 'Home' and 'Kong'. We see Hong Kong as our home and try our best to protect the culture of Hong Kong and the quality of production.

Our factory is located in Tsuen Wan Million Fortune Industrial Centre, over 5,000 sq.ft. We have a certified ISO 7 cleanroom, 4 production lines, an air shower sterilization room, and a storage area.

Hong Kong.

 

  • How can I ensure the masks are met the standard quality?

We will regularly send products to professional institutions for inspection to ensure quality.

There are many reasons for online transactions being rejected. The most common one is due to failure in transaction authentication during the online payment process.   • When will my order shipped after purchasing?

We will ship your order within 7 working days after you receive a confirmation email.

  • Can I cancel my order?

About Delivery

 

  • What are the approximate lead times for the delivery service?

The delivery service takes three to five days approximately, subject to the information from your chosen logistics company.

 

  • What kind of delivery options are available to choose from?

We provide SF Express.

 

  • Can I collect the order in person?

We currently do not support self pick up services.

 

  • What is 'Waybill Number.'?

Waybill Number is used to track the delivery status of an order on the website of logistics company. You can find it under the “Tracking number” which we will send to you via email.

 

  • Can I change the delivery method after the transaction has completed?

You can call the logistics company using the valid recipient phone number and change the recipient address with your waybill number directly. If you find out the registered phone number is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
You also need to contact us if you wish to change another delivery method.

 

  • If I have two or more orders, can I combine them?

The order is shipped according to the ordering time in succession. There are different shipping times or different ordering times. Therefore, the orders cannot be combined.

 

  • How will I be notified when my order is available for pick up?

You will receive an SMS notification sent by the logistics company to the phone number you provided. Please make sure the number is able to receive SMS.

 

  • I did not receive any SMS notifications or phone call.

This is maybe because you did not provide a valid phone number to the Logistics company. Please provide us your order number and we will check it for you.

 

  • What will I be required to present when picking up my order?

You will be asked to present the SMS, which contains the waybill number of your order. You will need to sign to confirm receipt of the parcels.

About Aftersale

 

  • What should I do if my item has defects or is damaged upon arrival?

We guarantee that the products and packaging are intact before the order is shipped. If there is any damage during transportation, please refuse to receive the freight and take photos immediately as evidence. We advise you to complain to the logistics company as a recipient for follow-up and seek compensation. We will assist if necessary.

 

  • What should I do if there is any error / missing item / product quality problem after unpacking?

Please do not use the products and take photos for record; and contact us as soon as possible.

 

  • Can I apply for refund if I do not satisfied with the product after I receive my order?

We do not accept any personal reasons to apply for refund. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

 

  • How long does it take to process my refund?

The refund takes 5 to 10 working days approximately. The handling fee will not be returned.
